They were very understanding with all my thoughts and ideas, knowing what I really wanted and taking me seriously. One of the houses I looked at was a great house but almost every comment I made was something I wanted to change and Ron was very easygoing about seeing that it wasn’t the home for me. He didn’t push the sale on a house just so I would get it. We kept looking until I felt at home and he was patient with me. I also used their lender Josh Berger and he was incredible too! Any time I asked him about the numbers he reworked things for me to make sure everything was right as I had more information to give. My dad was also helping me with everything from beginning to end and they were very good about relaying the same information to both of us. That was extremely generous of them to go out of their way for someone like me who needed a lot of help through the process. I never thought I’d be in the house I’m in and I couldn’t have done it without the whole team. To this day (and every day forward) if I have a question, Ron or Josh will STILL answer my call immediately and help with anything I need to make me feel safe. We had to be quick on the home I wanted as the price was dropped dramatically and within 30 minutes we were getting our offer in. I’m so happy that they have taken care of me and were so quick to get me my home 💗 Thanks to all these guys I had the easiest and most stress free home buying experience which is so important! And a sweet little plus too, Ron, Renee, and Josh had the cutest gift bucket set up on the kitchen counter of my brand new home so when I got my keys I had some supplies on hand already! This PLANTED the BIGGEST smile on my face and warmth in my heart that they cared so much to make me feel comfortable and welcome even after I finished signing. On top of that, a few weeks later a package came in the mail for me. It was a “RING” camera doorbell as a gift. I don’t think any other company would do this to make the experience so special even after the end. That’s putting the extra in extraordinary and what deserves a 5 star rating for the genuine hard work and hours of effort every single person put into this experience! You will feel safe, comfortable, and be able to breathe working with the Hollingsworth Realty Group, and if you don’t have a lender, I very highly recommend Josh Berger as well :)
