  If you had told me a few months ago that I'd end this process considering my Realtor a friend, I probably would've laughed. Yet here we are. Renee somehow managed to sell my house in what felt like the impossible Maricopa market, then helped me navigate the roller coaster of buying my next home. The first house looked like "the one" until the inspection revealed a bad roof and the sellers basically said, "Good luck with that." At no point did Renee try to talk me into making a bad decision. She stood her ground, protected my interests, and helped me walk away. That decision led me to an even better house in Ahwatukee... and she negotiated what I still think was a killer deal. Throughout the entire process, Renee was thorough, professional, responsive, and somehow managed to keep me from completely losing my mind. That's a skill they should probably teach in real estate school. If you want someone who's going to tell you what you need to hear, not just what you want to hear, and fight for you every step of the way, call Renee.
